Equipment Inspection & Site Logistics

Equipment inspection booking slots will open shortly. Please keep an eye on the website for the release announcement. If you require camping or motorhome space, contact the club using the details provided on the site—advance booking is essential.

A logistics and social media questionnaire will also be issued soon. Your prompt response will help us deliver the best possible experience for every competitor.

Support From Our Partners

SAILSetc will be on site throughout the event, offering a wide range of sail repair materials—along with expert advice—free of charge to help keep you racing in the event of any mishaps. They will also bring a selection of popular items for sale. Parts ordered from SAILSetc at least seven days before the event can be collected at Datchet.

Additional repair materials and workshop facilities will be available courtesy of K7 Yachts, and Rooster will be offering a range of clothing tailored specifically for radio sailors.

Visiting the Club Before the Event

If you plan to visit Datchet Water Sailing Club ahead of the Worlds, please note that the front gate is always locked. A quick phone call to the club before you arrive will ensure someone comes down to let you in.
