We are full in more ways than you would expect

Not only are the 84 entries paid up in full but the reservoir is full to the brim as well. Yes, the recent heavy rain has done its job and Thames Water have been pumping madly from the Thames to top up the tanks so to speak. The transformation is dramatic. Courses can be set closer to the boundaries of the reservoir, the wind is steadier and the chop more severe. Datchet will be a great test for the future World champion.

If you want to come and try out the reservoir and the facilities, feel free to join us at the UK Nationals to be held at Datchet over Easter. The NOR is on the MYA web site and entries for any international competitors will be open from Monday 19th January. Otherwise we look forward to welcoming you to the main event in May. The venue will be open from 10 am on Thursday 14th May.
