In order that suitable arrangements can be made in advance of the event it is essential that on site accommodation is booked (and paid for) as soon as possible after your event entry is confirmed and no later than March 31st, 2026. Requests for accommodation after this date will be at the discretion of the site manager and will attract the full daily charge.
