IOM World Championship 2026
The Queen Mother reservoir at Datchet is a facility owned by Thames Water. Datchet Water Sailing Club along with Datchet Radio Sailing are tenants of some of the site and subject to security requirements imposed by our landlords. This includes having the main gate attended, or locked , at all times as well as keeping track of the number of people on site.
If you would like to visit the world Championships it is therefore important that you pre book your visit and let us know the number of people in your party. There will be a limited number of visitor spaces available on each day so please do not turn up without prebooking on the website first.
On the day please arrive by 10am. The gate will be attended until then but afterwards will be unattended and locked which may mean a delay waiting for a team member to come and let you in.
